Detroit Day at the Zoo

The University of Michigan Association of Jewish Alumni - Detroit Chapter is proud to sponsor our second annual day out at the Detroit Zoo for our alums !
On Sunday April 24th (known to others as Easter Sunday) from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, UMAJA will host a tented space by the wolverine exhibit and offer coloring and craft projects for the kids, kosher-for-passover snacks, family pictures, music, giveaways of Michigan-in-Hebrew stickers and magnets, sales of Michigan-in-Hebrew clothing and more. All of that plus a perfect day at the Detroit Zoo without the drawback of the usual throngs of people who fill the Zoo on the weekend.
There is NO COST beyond regular zoo admission and those holding annual zoo membership get in free. All you need to participate in the fun is to pull out your Michigan hats, sweatshirts and other clothing and show your maize and blue spirit. Go Blue and Go to the Zoo!
